The excellent 3 Star Hotel Binnenhof is situated at the heart of Leuven (yes home of Stella Artois), just 300 metres from the railway station and close to the many historical monuments.

Coach Package Itinerary

Day 1: Wednesday 29th June

Departing in the afternoon/evening from your local pick up point we make our way to Dover for an early morning ferry to Calais

Day 2: Thursday 30th June

On arrival in France we head directly for Werchter and the festival site, where those clients camping are dropped off at the campsite mid morning. From there we carry on to our hotel in Leuven, just 20-25 minutes away, to check in. After settling in, hotel clients are transferred to the festival site in the late afternoon for the evening's entertainment, returning to the hotel at the end of proceedings.

Day 3: Friday 1st July

Friday is DAY ONE of the festival proper and the coach will transfer hotel clients to the festival site, returning to the hotel at the completion of proceedings.

Day 4: Saturday 2nd July

Festival DAY TWO and once more for hotel clients the coach will tansfer to and from the festival site.

Day 5: Sunday 3rd July

As for Saturday

Day 6: Monday 4th July

After breakfast, hotel clients check out and board coach which will then proceed to the festival campsite to collect those people camping. We then make our way to Calais for a mid afternoon ferry back to Dover and the onward journey.
